1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j5jl Casino ("j5jl," "the Company," "we," or "us") governing your access to and use of the j5jl website located at j5jl.net, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

j5jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any j5jl account at its sole discretion, including where j5jl reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of account termination for cause, j5jl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your j5jl account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). j5jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your j5jl account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

j5jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. j5jl aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on j5jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j5jl does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, j5jl's internal resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation. j5jl's decisions on game outcomes, based on server logs and game records, are final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
